Confidential contact person

A confidential contact person (CCP) is a point of contact within the association who is committed to prevent transgressive behaviour and is approachable in the event of concerns and incidents. You can approach a CCP for confidential issues such as bullying, (sexual) intimidation, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or other unwanted behaviour as written in the code of conduct. A CCP is not trained to solve your issues but can offer a listening ear and they can refer you to the appropriate channels.
Communication with the CCP will be confidential, so there is no need to be afraid of any sudden consequences (very special cases, excluded). Any actions taken from a meeting with the confidential contact person will be discussed first.
As CCP I’m always willing to find time to talk with you about something that might be bothering you (or to just have a nice conversation).
If you would rather talk to someone else, that is possible through the Eindhoven Student Sport Federation (ESSF).

If you want to talk about something anonymously, you can leave a letter at the SSCE reception addressed “E.S.T. Fellenoord, CCP” (the CCP has confidential obligations, therefore if you want to remain anonymous AND want to let the board know what is going on adress: E.S.T. Fellenoord, board
